• Return Policy:
  • We do not offer returns and refunds on any of our products.
  • Please note that we are not responsible for returns due to incorrect PIN codes or mobile numbers.
• Size Exchange:
  • Coolteees provides one-time size exchanges for in-store half-sleeve graphic t-shirts (non-merchandise products).
  • Hoodies, sweatshirts, crop top hoodies, solid half-sleeve t-shirts, solid full-sleeve t-shirts, and graphic full-sleeve t-shirts are non-exchangeable.
  • Contact us via Email, Facebook, WhatsApp, or phone to initiate an exchange.
  • Check our Size Guide before purchasing.
  • Two exchange options:
    • Parcel Exchange: Send the product to our E-Hub (exchange hub) via courier. We’ll verify and ship the new size.
    • In-Person Exchange: Visit our E-Hub directly. Please inform us a day in advance via phone or WhatsApp.
  • Exchange subject to availability.
  • Exchange must be requested within 4 days of delivery.
• Official Merchandise:
  • No exchange policies currently apply to official merchandise.
